Thinking of ways to Entice my shoppers!!!

Hello everyone! Please give me some feedback. I see a lot of traffic to my page, but not many sales. I have lots of merchandise to add to the website. I just want some feedback on why, I am not getting the sales. Good or bad let me hear it. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback 😊
